www.adyashanti.org  and www.muktisource.org Adyashanti and his wife Mukti are spiritual teachers, supporting awakening to true identity.  Adya and Mukti have been our "root" teachers since 2006. Adya writes, “If you filter my words through any tradition or ‘-ism’, you will miss altogether what I am saying. The liberating truth is not static; it is alive. It cannot be put into concepts and be understood by the mind. The truth lies beyond all forms of conceptual fundamentalism. What you are is the beyond—awake and present, here and now already. I am simply helping you to realize that.”

www.dorothyhunt.org  We met Dorothy through our work with Adya and Mukti.  Dorothy has led adult retreats at the ranch each summer, since 2008.  Click here to learn about Dorothy's 2010 retreat at HLR.  She also provided the leadership for our first family retreat with her dear friend Sue Weber, in the summer of 2009.

www.sharonlandrith.com  We were introduced to Sharon by Mukti, and our work with Sharon has been invaluable.  Sharon offers teachings based on her deep realization of silence and the way silence expresses itself in form. She emphasizes how silence wakes up in the body and how the embodiment process is actualized. She is well qualified in this endeavor by her many years as an intuitive counselor. As she can "read" the body, she is uniquely qualified to help unlock patterns in the body that inhibit the embodiment process.  Click here for information about Sharon's teaching in Bend in the fall of 2010.

www.HeartOfGratitude.com  We have found the practice of laughter to be an amazing transformative agent, supporting a shift in consciousness from an egoic, personal based identity to That which is intimate with all of Life, and yet not attached.  Jesus pointed toward that movement when he spoke of "being in the world, but not of it."

www.thework.com  Resources from Byron Katie, regarding inquiry into the truth of this moment.  "Who would you be without your story?"

www.eckharttolle.com  Our dear friend, Jane Tormey, first introduced us to "Awakening" by recommending Eckhart's book, The Power of Now.  Life hasn't been the same since, and we are eternally grateful to Jane.  At the core of Eckhart Tolle's teachings lies the transformation of consciousness, a spiritual awakening that he sees as the next step in human evolution.

www.joereilly.org  Music that resonates deeply with the Truth of Being, by Joe Reilly.  "You’re a garden my friend, together we’ll water love." ~Joe Reilly, Touch the Earth.  Joe shares:  "I write songs and create music for the benefit of all beings, empowering listeners to become actively engaged in their communities and raising their consciousness with messages of social and environmental justice.

www.kirtana.com  The music of Kirtana celebrates divine love, and investigates the Truth of Who We Are.

www.cnvc.org  The Center for Nonviolent Communication is a global network of people and communities committed to living and teaching nonviolent communication to resolve conflict and meet the needs of all people.  This is a very helpful tool, to navigate the realm of human connection.

www.icnchildren.net  (Click on "choir" at their site to meet some of the most amazing children!)  International Children's Network believes that the way to create change in the developing nations of the world is through educational support for children that continues through the university and vocational school levels.

www.ndmva.org  The Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, and in particular Sissy Corr, SND, were among our first spiritual teachers modeling the importance of attending to our "inner work."  Notre Dame Mission Volunteers - AmeriCorps (NDMV-A) is an amazing organization, placing nearly 400 full time volunteers in service to the poor and marginalized, primarily through education and advocacy positions.  Mark served 8 years on the NDMV Board in the 90's, and Barbara served 7 years on the Board beginning in 2003.  We highly recommend this organization, for those considering a year of full time service here in the US or internationally.  In Central Oregon, the Bend Volunteer Corps (www.bendvolunteercorps.org) has recently partnered with NDMV-A.

www.oregonwellness.net  Central Oregon Wellness Connection is a resource for practitioners, services and products that support wellness of mind, body, spirit, heart and home, in our local area.
